SRH heat storage and transfer system

The system includes: boiler, heat exchangers, circulation pumps and electronic mixers with temperature sensors, providing hot water to the entire process. The heat-insulated plate heat exchangers of the system with high efficiency transfer heat from the circuit of the heated water by the boiler, to the circuit of the softened water used when washing the car, as well as to the circuit with a heat carrier, which is used in the HotFloor heating unit. The excellent thermal insulation of the boiler, made entirely of stainless steel, minimizes heat loss and contributes to the optimal operation of the boiler.

Main technological block

The main unit of the equipment is a stainless steel module, in the lower part of which there are high-pressure pumps, motors, collector groups with electromagnetic valves and low-pressure lines, all made of stainless steel. In the upper part of the module, there is an electric shield with Siemens industrial computers and a touch screen monitor, reverse osmosis and digital dosing systems with chemical tanks, high and low pressure pipelines.

NoFrost anti-freezing system

The NoFrost anti-freezing system starts working when the ambient temperature drops. Designed to prevent freezing of hydraulic lines, hoses and washing guns, allowing the sink to operate at subzero temperatures. ​The quivers (holders) for pistols included in the delivery package of the MagicClean CARWASH equipment are equipped with a hidden drainage system. The water entering the washing kit enters the tank through the quiver, and from it again to the gun. This technology of water circulation in the NoFrost system allows the Investor to save on water consumption, and the sink is always open all year round.

Compressed air distribution system

The technology of obtaining our "branded foam" implies the presence of water in a chemical solution. This is helped by the compressed air preparation and distribution system, which includes a high-performance compressor, 480 l/min. The power reserve of the device allows you to equip the parking lot of the washing complex with additional equipment - an automatic machine for purging and pumping tires MagicClean AIR and a self-service dry cleaning MagicClean TORNADO.

HotFloor heating system

When the air temperature drops, the main computer sends a power-on signal to the HotFloor floor heating system. After the initial installation of the switch-on temperature modes, the equipment does not need to be controlled: the HotFloor heating mode is inextricably linked to changes in the outdoor temperature, and the proprietary software constantly adjusts the temperature of the coolant supply, ensuring optimal heating and significantly reducing heating costs in winter.

Control panels for washing programs

The MagicClean CARWASH equipment is equipped with stainless steel control panels with ultra-bright displays for displaying time/money balance. The attractive appearance of the panels is characterized by LED lighting, graphics and a branded cap in the color of the frieze of the design, and a convenient payment system and interactive keys help customers to intuitively control the washing process.

Water treatment and softening system

The water treatment system includes coarse and soft filters, an automatic two-column continuous cycle water softening system, salt solution tanks and low-pressure PVC pipes with taps. The resulting softened water extends the service life of the equipment, prevents deposits on the elements of the boiler and the SRH system. Softened water is used in the first and yhird programs. At subzero temperatures in the second program, the water supply switches to hot softened water.

Reverse osmosis system

The high-performance reverse osmosis system allows you to get water of perfect quality, which is used in the Fourth program. Specially prepared water passes through the membranes of the system, the cells of which pass only water molecules. At the output, we get demineralized water, purified from impurities, salts and minerals. The performance of the system depends on the number of washing stations. And even in the busiest hours of the car wash, when using the fourth program, customers always get an unsurpassed result from washing.
